How would you describe your role?
Diverse. Always something different going on, whether it be staff-related, day-to-day business or new and exciting projects. We thrive on the challenge. Not much goes into our “too hard pile”, we don’t rest until we’ve found a solution.
What do you love most about your job?
It has to be the people; everyone is hard working and super talented in what we do. They’re also always up for a challenge inside work and out.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
Not much happens within your comfort zone. You need to get outside of it to see change.
